The entrepreneur behind •REC Real Estate Consulting
Uwe Schmitz can look back on over 35 years of professional experience as a civil engineer and over 30 years as a managing entrepreneur in the field of project development. He is still Chairman of the Board of the family-owned FRANKONIA Eurobau AG.
In the course of his work, he has gained experience from over 35 property projects he has developed himself. These include eight large city quarter projects (mixed use: flats, offices, some hotels) known throughout Germany in the absolute premium segment in irreplaceable city centre locations and with innovative offers and facilities.
This experience cannot be found in any textbook and is not taught at any university. In his consultancy work, Uwe Schmitz now passes them on to his clients as a mentor, advisor, sparring partner, problem solver and networker.
